I don&#8217;t even care if people I know see this, or I get hate for my starting photo, but I am so proud of myself for achieving this. I achieved this through the 30 day shred dvd by Jillian Micheals and a healthy eating diet plan. I basically didn&#8217;t eat bread, and didn&#8217;t eat anything with a daily sugar intake of more than 5%. I also stayed away from unnatural preservatives or content within foods. Again, I am so proud of myself that I needed to share this. I am going to continue to stay healthy and exercise to maintain and continue to lose weight x
